Thank you for shopping at Starlight HiFi & Music. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@starlighthifi.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and address for shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable time frame, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact our customer service team at sales@starlighthifi.com for assistance.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@starlighthifi.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the shipping costs.
